Residential lawn care: charged by m2 per property (quotable online)

Commercial lawn care: charged by m2 per property (quotable online)

Lawn weed treatment: charged by m2 (set usage rates)

Gardening services:

Garden Care: From $87 (estimated per task)

General weed poison From $20 add-on

Waste removal:

Greenwaste:

1-2m3 $187

2- 4m3 $240 with lager amounts available

Clean fill / general waste: $434 per tonne

Cleaning services:

Surface cleaning: charged by m2 (min. $100 quoted per section)

Carpet cleaning: charged by m2 (min. $150 - quoted In person)

Important terms:

All services attract a minimum visit charge of $87 unless otherwise stated

All services are covered by TLT's public liability insurance 

All pricing includes GST

EFTPOS: certain card payments attract a higher transaction fee with most transactions/ cards attracting a 1.1% fee, Amex & Diners attracting a 2.9% fee.

Payment periods: 

Once off visits - payment due within 24H of invoicing and proof of payment requested

On-going property care - monthly bills due within 7 days of invoicing
